Sample Menus for USAIL PLATINUM CELEBRATION CRUISE

Available fresh local produce and of course individual Guest preferences are of paramount importance to USAIL in offering high quality, enjoyable meals to enhance your Platinum experience. The following sample menus may therefore be subject to variation. Please do consult us with any individual dietary requirements.
Selected afternoon snacks are available during the week as appropriate to daily sailing itineraries.

DAY 1 SUNDAY - ARRIVAL

Champagne Reception with fresh Ionian Antipasti with warmed Savoury Breadsticks

DAY 2 - MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Seasonal Fruits Surprise

EACH DAY, in addition to a specially prepared dish, there will be available a selection of fresh juices and variety of cereals/muesli with local Greek Yoghurt, honey and nuts as desired. All breakfasts served with crusty fresh bread, local jams and preserves, freshly brewed coffee and choice of premium and herbal teas

LUNCH: Gourmet Apple and Bacon Salad with Camembert /Dressing

ALL LUNCHES include basket of fresh breads, a gourmet salad or accompanying rice dish

DAY 3 - TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Croque Monsieur
LUNCH Grilled Chicken with Crisp Fruit Salad

DAY 4 - WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Oatmeal Pancakes with Bacon
LUNCH: Chicken and Pineapple Boats with Crunchy Fiesta Salad

DAY 5 – THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Scrambled Eggs with Anchovies
LUNCH: Summer Vegetable Kebabs with Wild Green Salad

DAY 6 - FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Fruited FrenchToast
LUNCH; Mexican Tortas with Gingered Cucumber and Shallots

DAY 7 – SATURDAY

BREAKFAST: Smoked Salmon and Chive Omelette
LUNCH: Ionian Platter (medley of Cold Meats/cheeses) served with locally grown fresh Greek Salad

DAY 8 – SUNDAY - DEPARTURE DAY

BREAKFAST: Full Continental Breakfast

Your Platinum Celebration Cruise includes three evening meals on board during the week, allowing you on the other evenings, to sample and enjoy the local cuisine and atmosphere at a choice of delightful Restaurants on different Greek islands.
