Available fresh local produce and of course individual Guest preferences are of paramount importance to USAIL in offering high quality, enjoyable meals to enhance your Platinum experience. The following sample menus may therefore be subject to variation. Please do consult us with any individual dietary requirements.
Selected afternoon snacks are available during the week as appropriate to daily sailing itineraries.
DAY 1 SUNDAY - ARRIVAL
Champagne Reception with fresh Ionian Antipasti with warmed Savoury Breadsticks
DAY 2 - MONDAY
BREAKFAST: Seasonal Fruits Surprise
EACH DAY, in addition to a specially prepared dish, there will be available a selection of fresh juices and variety of cereals/muesli with local Greek Yoghurt, honey and nuts as desired. All breakfasts served with crusty fresh bread, local jams and preserves, freshly brewed coffee and choice of premium and herbal teas
LUNCH: Gourmet Apple and Bacon Salad with Camembert /Dressing
ALL LUNCHES include basket of fresh breads, a gourmet salad or accompanying rice dish
